Yoan Rodriguez Lokier is a DJ and producer from Mexico City. Having moved to Barcelona, and secured her current release on the much loved Days Of Being Wild imprint, featuring fellow DJ and friend Morgan Hammer, Lokier is riding high. When she’s not delivering mixes for us lot, she’s been keeping busy with upcoming EPs on Have A Killer Time and Nein. With a selection of remixes, mixes and compilations on their way, we’d say you’ll be hearing a lot more of Lokier. Fringe Society is a solo project of the artist formerly known as Quell. He is also one half of Russian Chandeliers with Julian Grefe aka Pink Skull. Fringe Society should be a familiar name to anyone who has visited one of the recent Wrong Era parties. With the same slick electronic-funkiness of his DJ sets, last November’s “Young Blood” EP channels this into four tracks of wildly different music for Wrong Era’s vinyl imprint, a record for all occasions that takes in dreamy cosmic-psychedelia, chugging dance-workouts and explosive peak-time bangers. Together with C.L.A.W.S., Pablo Roman-Alcala aka Beaner aka Penetrated Tweeter is WarVsSleep and is one third of supergroup the 3 Good Doctors with Agaric and Ed Davenport. Having toured internationally before settling in Berlin with a residency at the infamous Bar25, he is affiliated with a handful of distinguished labels, and in 2012 he launched anarcho-situationist cult-label-brigade “La Mission”.
