Beschreibung zur Veranstaltung:
David Moufang aka Move D’s records with partner Jonas Grossmann as Deep Space Network, and his own solo releases as Move D are among the furthest outreaches of techno’s push towards the stars. Moufang’s debut album, KUNSTSTOFF (1995) was quite remarkable in becoming a legendary German techno recording, and he has also collaborated with none other than Pete Namlook. Another unique fusion was suggested by the release of Conjoint (1997). A collaboration between Moufang, jazz veteran Karl Berger, Jamie Hodge (of Born Under A Rhyming Planet) and Gunter “Ruit” Kraus, it was Move D‘s most overtly jazzed outing so far, but provided spectacular evidence of his growing abilities as a producer and composer. Tonight he joins forces sharing the decks B2B with returning Tresor Club guest Jus-Ed. Edward McKeithen is Jus-Ed, a DJ, producer and since 2004 Underground Quality label owner. A voyage into the world of DJ Jus-Ed reveals an adventurous, energetic and spiritual style of playing quality house music. Along with his MC skills he brings the club, dance floor, and people into a unforgettable night. What an unforgettable Globus night these two dynamic DJs will deliver! In Tresor: Techno DJ and producer Dustin Zahn is based in Minneapolis, US. He is co-founder of Abiotic Recordings and Enemy Records and internationally known for his trademark powerful and dark techno sound since his 1998 beginnings. Earning respect among techno and house legends, purists, and contemporary DJs, Dustin Zahn has a preference for marathon sets: with his laid-back approach to life and music, he seamlessly traverses through various genres which creates a unique, hypnotic vibe that isn’t found among most DJs. We also welcome the return of Takaaki Itoh, Japanese techno producer, DJ and promoter who founded the acclaimed Wols label and endears his fan base with his ever-powerful, driving techno sets with a very modern approach. The basement techno program will be further enhanced by a powerful set by our top resident HGR.
