..: Raendna :.. What does it mean, what does it stand for and how did the name came about? Let's start at the very beginning: The Name Raendna comes from the word Rentner (old or retired person). At one of our popular After hour Mix sessions somebody dropped this sentence: "Are you playing that "Rentner" techno again?" Actually very appropriate, "Rentner Techno", because that's exactly how it is. In young years you are dynamic and fast, but growing older everything calms down a little... same with the music, it grows calmer and slower but also more sophisticated. We now established a Wednesday Club where you can chill, chat and party comfortably with a beer or two to varying known acts of the Hamburg Techno Scene. High musical quality is a priority as you can unmistakeably notice looking at the lineup. As resident dj on every first Wednesday in the month we were able to recruit MarcusCarp of the Fusion Festival.
